Modern day life has us all feeling like we are being chased by bears. Our cells don't know the difference. We know there are no bears chasing us, but sometimes it sure feels like it. Whether paying bills, managing relationships, paying taxes, making deadlines, raising children you name it. We have them and some of us are even crazy enough to make up bears that don’t even exist by over worrying and stressing about things we have absolutely no control over like the price of gas. I find myself worrying too about things like snow storms and traffic safety.
Do you find most times you don’t even have control over your very own mind? Does your mind drive you crazy? We are living in a world congested with environmental pollutions. Tabloids, news, social media is another kind of mind pollution. All these pollutions are having an extremely negative effect on our opportunity to experience more joy. Our job is to filter as much of it out as possible with organic food and organic news.
