Brenda went beyond expectations. I felt cared for and never made wrong. I think her enthusiasm and dedication to our group was outstanding. She walks her talk . I look forward to deepening my journey with her guidance.
When the program of Wisdom To Thrive was first mentioned to me, I was intrigued and knew that I wanted to participate. At age 71 I was feeling particularly stuck and overwhelmed and welcomed an opportunity to perhaps change my perspective. Certainly introducing new habits to my mind would bring change into my life in a way that wasn't happening without effort on my part. So I challenged myself and committed to 6 weeks of incorporating these new ideas into my daily life. I might add that I chose not to be critical of myself and non-judgmental and to give the new ideas and habits a chance. And am I ever glad that I did. I lost 6 lbs, improved my sleep, began to meditate on a regular basis, and drink lots more water and the list goes on and I find that I am a happier person. So if you are considering this program, I encourage you to go for it and be pleasantly surprised by the new way you will view your world.
I joined the Thrive Tribe group of ladies after reading the flyer in a spa. I’m so glad I signed up for the classes. Not only did I learn more about myself but after incorporating the habits into my daily life, I feel so much better. Brenda introduced me to a whole new “language” through the teachings of Ayurveda. She is so knowledgeable on the subject. She is supportive and professional. I feel very fortunate to have discovered a healthy way to live each day. I fully intend to enroll in the program again. It’s just what I need.

Since I have joined Wisdom To Thrive I am much more aware of what and when I am eating. Following the principals we learned makes me feel lighter and healthier and even more calm and relaxed. I have come to the realization I need only live the habits and the wisdom Brenda teaches and I will thrive. If only someone had supported me and taught me these healthy habits 25 - 30 years ago I would not have suffered as much as I did. Brenda is a gem. She is so natural at motivating people to move in a forward direction for their health and well being that you don't even realize she is doing it. Then you notice the change. Wow!
